AudioVault Founding Offer terms.

Eligibility and availability

• Founding offers are personal, nontransferable, and available only to applicants approved for the controlled beta.
• Approval does not guarantee that a limited offer will remain available until checkout is completed.
• The Founding Lifetime Pass is limited to the first 100 completed purchases. A checkout reservation may expire after 30 minutes.

Founding Monthly

• The $19.99 monthly rate remains protected only while that subscription stays continuously active.
• Cancellation, expiration, unresolved nonpayment, or other termination ends the price protection. A later subscription uses the then-current available price unless AudioVault grants a different written offer.

Founding Lifetime Pass

• The $69.99 pass grants core AudioVault access for the commercial operating life of the service. It is not a promise that AudioVault will operate forever or that every feature will remain unchanged.
• Future products, models, integrations, storage tiers, marketplace features, professional services, and designated add-ons may be excluded and separately priced.

Usage, credits, and reversals

• SoundCoins, usage-based music or voice generation, added storage, premium providers or models, marketplace transactions, third-party charges, and designated services remain separately priced.
• The offers include only the one-time welcome SoundCoins shown at checkout and do not include recurring monthly credits.
• A refund, chargeback, reversal, fraud finding, or payment failure may revoke the related access and founding allocation.
• Founding offers may be extended, repriced, limited, or discontinued for later cohorts without changing the completed terms of an earlier purchaser.
